How to use the house

The use of all rooms including and in particular the roof terrace and the pool is at your own risk. Parents or persons in charge of supervision are liable for the children staying in the house. Children are not allowed to use the roof terrace and the pool without their parents.

The gas supply to the gas stove must be shut off after cooking.

It has to be quiet from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. in case of not to damage the positive, neighborly relationship.

The use of the townhouse is only possible with the conclusion of a rental contract for the booked time. This is due to the legislation in Spain. The rental contract will be sent to you before you start and an actual booking will only be made after the signed contract has been returned. The house will be handed over by a representative of Beachhouse Productions GmbH. The logging is the benchmark for the damage incurred after the end of the tenancy. Accordingly, damage will be charged to the last tenant or offset against the deposit. For any question we will be reachable.
